At Vanderburgh, each custom humidor is handcrafted, one at a time. We will take the time to design and craft your custom humidor to your exact desires. Because of this, your custom humidor will begin production soon after your order has been received. From the time your order is placed until it is shipped, you can expect it to be about 6-7 weeks depending upon our current production schedule. If requested, we can provide you with images of it at different stages of the manufacturing process. We also supply cigar humidor humidifier beads which provide a virtually maintenance free solution for humidification. The fabric we use is extremely durable and tear resistant. This cigar humidor humidifier fabric can condition about twenty two cubic inches per square inch of fabric. For instance, if you had a 10 x 10 x 10 inch square box, you would require forty five square inches of fabric sheeting. This would give you more than enough fabric to control the RH of your cigar humidor humidifier to 65 percent.
