Indy 500® Centennial Humidor
The Indianapolis Speedway, the 'Racing Capital of the World®' has selected Vanderburgh Humidors to produce their Centennial Edition humidor commemorating 100 years of racing history.
Only 11 humidors will be made each individually numbered, engraved and featuring a genuine 1909 brick once used on the Brickyard® race track.
The Centennial Humidor
The original Brickyard® was made up of 3.2 million bricks all carefully laid by hand in 1909. In the same way the Centennial Humidor is individually crafted by hand with traditional methods and joinery. 
Each humidor is a masterpiece in itself with it’s precise-cut joinery and hand-polished finish. The top lid is inlaid with a thick slice of one of the original bricks from the race track. Accenting the stone and the solid 3/4” Black Walnut body are aluminum pinstripes offering a sporty yet classy appearance.
The interior is lined with 1/4” thick genuine Spanish Cedar and strikingly gorgeous black granite finishes the floor.
These humidors are truly one of a kind and are not only designed as art, but as pure function perfectly preserving your fine collection of cigars.
Each humidor is individually numbered along with a brief commemorative history of the Brickyard® laser-etched into the underside of the lid.

Lou Rodriguez Cigars Humidor

Lou Rodriguez called me up one day and asked me to make some custom cigar humidors for his new company.
If you love lighter blonde woods, the Tiger Maple is outstanding. It's wood fibers are relatively close-pored which allow for a beautiful fine-furniture finish.
INTERIOR
Inside, the humidor is finished with passive humidification, high quality digital hygrometer and beautiful and aromatic Spanish Cedar lining.
FLOOR

As in all Vanderburgh Humidors, we feature a rich solid granite floor in all of our humidor designs. It is a Vanderburgh trademark.

Papa John's (John H. Schnatter) 1971 Camaro Humidor
Papa John's executive team approached us recently for a very special project: "Create for us a custom cigar humidor that looks like Papa's famous 1971 Camaro, and by the way ... have it ready for us in 4 weeks - in time for Papa's surprise 50th birthday".
It was that moment that my dark roast coffee dropped as fast as my jaw. Good thing I wasn't smoking a cigar at the time.
So off to my design Mac I went, creating a 3D concept that mimicked Papa Johns prized posession ... his showcase 1971 Camaro. If you don't know the story about Papa's Camaro, read it here.
So we began the challenge of creating a humidor with design elements of Papa's Camaro, including matching gold metallic paint, striping and form factor. Three and a half weeks later, Papa's humidor was complete including gold metallic automotive finish, professional taping, spanish cedar lining and one-of-a-kind shape. According to Michele Heuglin, one of Papa's Executive Team upon receiving it simply said: "GOT IT; BEAUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUTIFUL!!!".
